BOETTCHER MANSION
The historic Boettcher Mansion on Lookout Mountain, recently underwent asbestos abatement. EDI's crew removed asbestos pipe insulation and contaminated soils from two crawlspaces. EDI also removed asbestos pipe fittings from various mechanical rooms and the caretaker's residence.
NORTHERN HOTEL
Historic Fort Collins restored the Northern Hotel, a major anchor in "Old Town". EDI performed the asbestos abatement, lead abatement and demolition throughout the entire building.
ROCKY MTN. STEEL
EDI removed a large amount of thermal system insulation from the Seamless Tube Mill in preparation for reactivating the plant. EDI's crew worked extended hours to complete the work in a timely manner and help ensure the plant return to operation after a long hiatus. EDI crews removed asbestos materials from other locations at the plant.
